Ever felt strapped for time and wished you had a creative team by your side? Our Weekly Creative Retainers are built for visionary entrepreneurs brimming with ideas, but stuck on how (or when) to bring them to life.
This is your plug-and-play creative department, offering hands-on support, strategy, and project management that evolves with you, week after week.
Here’s how it works.
Each Monday, you load in your tasks. We get to work on your chosen day of the week, then send your deliverables through for review. Just like that, your creative is off your plate.
You choose your level of support Our retainers run in 12-week blocks — and from there, things move fast.
Some weeks we’ll tackle one big deliverable. Other weeks, two or three smaller ones. It all depends on your priorities — and what’s going to make the most impact that week.
Every six weeks, we’ll jump on a strategy call to check in, pivot if needed, and keep momentum strong.

We’ll help you figure that out on our discovery call. It depends on what kind of creative support you need, how fast you move, and what your priorities are. We offer 3, 5, and 8-hour packages — and we’ll guide you to the right fit.

No problem — just give us at least 24 hours’ notice so we can reallocate your hours. Otherwise, that week still counts (we’ve booked the time out for you).

Things come up — or maybe it’s just a quiet week. If there’s extra time left over, we’ll bank it for you to use later in the 12-week period. You can roll it into a busier week or save it for the end.

We use Slack and a dedicated Trello board to manage tasks, updates, and feedback. If you’ve got another system, let us know — we’re flexible where it counts.

Yes — all retainers run in 12-week blocks. It’s the sweet spot for building momentum, getting results, and making real progress on your creative goals.

After your 12 weeks are up, you can renew, pause, or scale back to a smaller package. If you need to pause for a quick breather, just give us two weeks’ notice.

We update your Trello board as we go — so you always have visibility. Everything’s logged and tracked, and we’ll highlight completed deliverables each week.
