Shadow Play was a board game brought to us at the idea stage, giving us the opportunity to design the brand and product from the ground up. Working closely with the creators, we developed a full creative direction, from logos, fonts, and colour palette through to the detailed design of the board, icons, and 300+ cards.

Beyond the core gameplay, we also designed supporting collateral including rule booklets, text layouts, and packaging. The result was a complete brand and product identity that felt polished, immersive, and market-ready. Shadow Play went on to sell out multiple times, proof of the game’s strong resonance with players and the power of its design.
